- Coach screws have broad heads, preventing them from pulling into the wood.
- Broad heads enable them to compress substrates together.
- A good choice fastener for joints that see heavy use.
- Requires pilot holes, no matter the type of wood, 2mm smaller than the size Coach Screw used.
- Never overtighten Coach screws as they can break off.
- Can also be used in conjunction with wall plugs for anchoring heavy objects, such as TV arms or satellite dishes to walls.
